Thirty years after opening his first restaurant in Waimea on the Big Island and sparking the most influential food movement in Hawai'i, Chef Peter Merriman is just getting started.
We have made the difficult decision to close in house dining for the next 15 days. As of Wednesday, March 18th, we will be open for take out only at all of our restaurants with significantly reduced prices in order to help feed our community during this time.
We are looking for other ways to help support each other and #dotherightthing.
